Order Tracking
A tracking number of your purchase order would be provided via email for your checking of delivery status after the order is shipped.
Taxes and Duties
If goods are delivered to areas outside Hong Kong, import duties and/or taxes may be levied by the local country’s authorities. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes levied by the country they are shipping to, and please contact the local customs office for current charges before placing an order. Our courier service provider will contact the customers directly for payment of relevant charges. Order cancellation will not be accepted due to the customs charges levied on the orders.
Liability
City University of Hong Kong will not be liable for any loss or damage of products during delivery process and after the completion of delivery. Please read the courier service provider’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage before choosing the delivery service and make your own insurance arrangements if necessary. Once the purchased items have been delivered to you, they will be owned by you and held at your own risk.
